phpbonus Terms & Conditions

To register and use the phpbonus platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting on behalf of another).
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of phpbonus or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

phpbonus reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be under 21 years of age, their account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned at phpbonus's discretion after deducting any amounts wagered.

Each individual may register only one phpbonus account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phpbonus login credentials. phpbonus will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• You must notify phpbonus immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• phpbonus accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account to any third party.
• phpbonus reserves the right to close dormant accounts (no login activity for 12 consecutive months) after providing reasonable notice.
• Account balances in dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the phpbonus fee schedule.

phpbonus accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed in the cashier section of the platform. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification requirements. phpbonus reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

• All transactions on phpbonus are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• phpbonus does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review. phpbonus may delay or decline withdrawals where fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected.
• phpbonus is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network outages.
• Chargebacks initiated against phpbonus without prior dispute resolution through official channels will result in immediate account suspension.

phpbonus offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

• Bonuses are credited to your phpbonus account in bonus funds and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• phpbonus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or using low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new phpbonus players only. One welcome bonus per household, IP address, and payment method.
• phpbonus reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings if it determines that a player has violated bonus terms.

All games available on phpbonus use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live dealer systems operated by licensed providers. Game outcomes are determined independently of phpbonus and cannot be influenced by the platform or its staff.

In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including server errors, disconnections, or software failures — phpbonus reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. phpbonus will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

• Bets placed and confirmed are final. phpbonus does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except where expressly permitted by specific game rules.
• phpbonus publishes return-to-player (RTP) information for slot games. RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Sports betting markets are subject to settlement rules published in the phpbonus sportsbook section. phpbonus reserves the right to void markets where the integrity of an event is in question.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phpbonus platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the phpbonus platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the phpbonus platform or its underlying systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phpbonus staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Registering or operating a phpbonus account on behalf of another person without explicit written authorization.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phpbonus platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any phpbonus content without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phpbonus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

phpbonus's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• phpbonus does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• phpbonus is not responsible for any losses arising from your reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics, or game descriptions.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

phpbonus reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to phpbonus, other players, or third parties.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• phpbonus is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.

Upon termination for cause, phpbonus may forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings. Real-money balances will be returned to the player after deducting any amounts owed to phpbonus, subject to completion of KYC verification. Players may close their own accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting phpbonus support.

phpbonus collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering a phpbonus account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phpbonus implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect player data. phpbonus does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and fraud prevention services as required by law or legitimate business necessity.
